This wine originates from vineyards that lie 930 meters above sea-level in the Klein Karoo. This unique terroir brings forward the longer and cooler ripening stage.

This wine is crafted from a blend of 30% barrel-matured wine, aged for three months in French oak, and 70% stainless steel-fermented wine. This approach allows us to enhance the wine’s vibrant fruit character while preserving its rich texture and elegant fullness.

Lightly oaked yet generous in style, the wine displays inviting aromas and flavours of ripe yellow fruit complemented by subtle toffee notes. The result is a well-balanced wine with excellent depth, freshness, and a smooth, lingering finish.
