Red Chenin is a unique white wine that challenges the traditional expectations of what a Chenin Blanc should be. For starters, it’s red in colour, having been coloured and softened by the blend of Roobernet grapes! And while Six Dogs Distillery is predominantly a gin brand, they just couldn't resist the temptation to innovate and create something truly special in a wine. Thus, with the help of winemaker Tertius Jonck, and friends from De Wet Cellar and the nod from their six faithful dogs, they have created a Red Chenin that is both delicious and unexpected. Serve Red Chenin chilled and preferably in the company of friends. The perfect wine for a summer picnic, a braai, or your steak of choice.
