| Winemaker’s Comment: | Only the free fun was used and racking took place as soon as possible after destemining. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks till dry. The result is a well structured, dry white varietal wine. The long, cool aftertaste is in perfect harmony with distinct, fresh herbaceous aroma of this noble grape variety | ||
