Winemaker’s Comment: The total free run was used. After settling of the juice overnight it was inoculate with white wine yeast. The fermentation was stopped through centrifuging and cooling down. The result is a fresh fruity wine. It has a lot of strawberry and raspberry flavour that linger on the tongue. It was impregnated with carbondioxide at bottling which give the wine a fizziness that enchante the aroma as well as the flavours in the wine.
Serve: Serve well chilled
