| Winemaker's Comment: | This honey colored dessert wine is produced from fully ripened grape. After a 24 hour skin contact period, the pomace was drained and pressed. A portion of the pressed juice was added to the free run before fortification. The wine was matured on the lease before it was racked and filtered. The wine show a muscat flavor that is enhanced by the full raisiny taste. | ||
